Description

Made in Germany from hardened cast steel, these burrs ensure durability and uniform grind quality even under very heavy loads. They are regarded as a professional standard for cafés grinding more than 30 kg a week, and are perfectly suited both to lab use and to cupping sessions. Grind speed reaches up to 7 g/s for espresso recipes (18 g of ground coffee and a 40 ml extraction in just 30 seconds). The special cast steel surface structure ensures a clean, precise flavour profile and exceptional coffee quality. The burrs are designed for the Mahlkönig PEAK, E80S, E80S GbW and E80W GbS espresso grinders. They are also compatible with the Ditting 804 Lab Sweet, Ditting 807 Lab Sweet and Ditting PEAK models.
