Description
This is a high-end Grind-by-Sync espresso grinder, built for intensive use in commercial settings. It features innovative Grind-by-Weight technology with a highly accurate load cell that weighs the ground coffee as many as 6000 times per second, ensuring precise dosing even at the busiest times. Automatic and electric recipe switching and the AGSA (Automatic Grind Size Adjustment) system allow the grind size to be adjusted to an accuracy of 0.001 mm, optimising grind quality in every cycle. Calibrating from zero now takes just a few seconds instead of more than 10 minutes – saving time and minimising the risk of downtime. The unit is designed so that even less experienced baristas can confidently get a perfect espresso dose. The Grind-by-Sync system synchronises grind parameters with compatible coffee machines, smoothly delivers the best flavour results and optimises workflow even under peak load.
