These are specially designed burrs for extra-fine grinding – perfectly suited to Turkish coffee, while keeping the EK43’s versatility and suitability for various brewing methods. Made in Germany from hardened cast steel, these burrs ensure exceptionally clean flavour, consistent grinding and a very long burr life. They reach a grind speed of up to 21 g/s, and their average burr life is around 6000 kg of coffee. They are a professional choice for baristas, coffee labs and roasteries for whom a precise, consistent Turkish grind matters.
