Description

These are professional, high-output burrs designed for coffee bars and cafés grinding more than 30 kg of coffee a week. These burrs deliver a grind speed of up to 7 g/s, so an 18 g espresso dose and a 40 ml extraction are ready in just 30 seconds. Made in Germany from hardened special steel with a glass-bead-blasted finish, they stand out for durability, stability and exceptional grind quality. Average burr life – up to 1500 kg of coffee.
